Can I get additional ballots?

Why won’t the contest load on my computer?

Please ensure that your browser is up-to-date. If you continue to experience problems and you’re using Firefox, your privacy settings may also need to be changed.

The contest doesn’t play right on my phone.

24 Days of Cookies is optimized for horizontal viewing on mobile devices. Make sure to turn your phone for the best experience.

Why did my ballot count change?

Due to a glitch in our software, some participants in our 24 Days of Cookies contest were seeing a ballot count greater than the number of entries they had made. We have since updated how we calculate the number of ballots displayed and have adjusted the number you previously earned to match your entries. Daily draws are not affected by ballot count.
